Production: Skin maceration at a very low temperature for 16 hours to release the aroma precursors, followed by obtaining the first quantity of bled must and a subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Characteristics: Bright light pink color, intense nose with abundant hints of red fruit (currants, cherries and strawberries) and subtle hint of rose petals. On the palate it is well-structured, tasty, broad and balanced. Its fresh acidity makes it an agile and lively wine. Its evolution in the mouth is magnificent, with a long and tasty aftertaste, in which the varietal aromas stand out.
