Package: 13% vol. - 750 ml
Production: Cold pre-fermentation maceration of the skins. Gentle pressing for the extraction of the must. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 15ºC. Subsequent aging on its fine lees until bottling.
Characteristics: Greenish yellow, bright and clean. On the nose it is fresh, fruity with tropical notes combined with floral notes. Good mid palate, it is friendly, with good acidity, balanced, fresh, glyceric and tasty.
